Change forces us to grow and create a new normal for ourselves. When we embrace the leadership roles we inhabit, we not only impact our careers and current circumstances for the better; we transform the next generation of leaders. ~Laura Bowles

Founder of The New Normal, LLC., Laura Bowles, focuses her coaching and training practice on partnering with individuals and teams during challenging seasons, helping them achieve success in personal and professional spaces - however they choose to define it.

Consistently commended by clients for her patient, creative, and encouraging approach, she fosters an environment of reflection, growth, and inspiration that moves clients forward to healthy and transformational actions.

Laura's career includes time as an elementary school teacher, a Federal grant project manager, a family coordinator in a homeless shelter, a parent educator, an employment counselor, and a supervisor of multiple teams. Recognizing, embracing, and cultivating those skills is the only way to thrive and design a life of purpose. Laura uses a strengths-based approach in her coaching and training, amplifying the best in individuals and teams to create meaningful and sustainable growth.
